Traci Guernsey

Traci J. (Strete) Guernsey, 53 of New Haven, Indiana, formerly of Rockford, Ohio, died Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at her residence in New Haven, Indiana. She was born in St. Marys, Ohio, on June 4, 1966, to James H. "Jim" and Billie (Fannon) Strete. She graduated from Parkway High School, in the Class of 1985, and then became a Certified Nursing Assistant in Health Care. On January 26, 2001, she married Kenneth Guernsey, who preceded her in death. She lived in Ohio until moving to Indiana several years ago. She was a huge fan of Alan Jackson and his music, and she loved horses. She loved spending time with her family, and just enjoying life.
Surviving are her mother, Billie (Johnnie J.) Tullis of Rockford, 1 brother, Travis (Tonya) Strete of Monroe, Indiana, and 1 sister, Tabatha (Mike) Kraner, of Van Wert, Ohio. Also surviving are Traci's nieces and nephews: Skyla Werst, Trevor Strete, Taylor Strete, Nick Kraner, and Makayla Kraner. Deceased is her father, Jim, husband Kenneth Guernsey, and her sister, Tami Strete.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 13, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, in Rockford, Ohio, with Pastor Ken Meyer officiating. Friends may call at Ketcham-Ripley on Friday, from Noon up until the time of the funeral at 4:00 p.m. Private graveside services will be held at a later date for the family.
